CP12 Gas Safety Check South East England        

•   is a (corgi publication no.12) landlord’s gas safety certicate. This certificate must be issued to rental propertys which have gas appliances installed.

• Gas safety check and certificate will include the following checks;
• Good ventilation
• The installation checked for gas soundness
• Check standing and work pressuring and gas rate
• Check burner pressure/gas rate against manufactures date plate
• Testing of flue flow
• Check operation of all flame failure devices
• Check for stability and effectiveness of brackets if appropriate
• Ensure that the person responsible for the appliance is aware if the appliance is unsafe
